Refund policy

Currently items purchased at ENL Nail Supply are NOT Refundable. All sales are final, with the exception of items purchased online and are shipped to the customers home or business. Shipped items have a 7 day return period to allow for inspection of the item for defect. 

Exchanges are only done for like item products. If the product that needs to be exchanged is out of stock it may be substituted for a similar item.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or found to be defective a replacement item will be given or a full refund for the item(s). 

Shipping:

Please keep in mind that we will ship items to the address given on the order. If you entered the wrong address we are not liable for items not received. Also note that while we do our best to get items out as quickly as possible the current shipping times are listed below:

All items will ship within 48 hours from the time you place your order. Please keep in mind that this time is Mon - Fri, weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day. 

All express deliveries will be shipped within 24 hours, however please keep in mind the cut off for next day shipping is 12pm EST. Please note that next day shipping for Fridays and Saturdays may not arrive until Tuesday due to the weekend.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

In Store Pick Up:

Please note that in store pickups are for final sale. We will hold your item for up to 2 weeks before placing it back for sale. If an order is not picked up within the 2 week period, you will be refunded for the item via in store credit / gift card. A 10% restocking fee will also be taken from the order total. 

Clearance / Last Chance Offers:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or "Last Chance" items, gift cards or for pre order items.


Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed if the item is damaged or non-working. Please note exchanges must be for like items. 


Refunds
No refunds are offered. Items may be exchanged for the same item or substituted if the same item is not available.
